The Hush Post: Delhi CM and convener of Aam Aadmi Party, Arvind Kejriwal has kind of seemingly salvaged the situation for now. Earlier it seemed the AAP in Punjab was headed for a clear split, now it seems, many AAP leaders from Punjab have agreed to go to Delhi to meet the central party leaders, particularly, Manish Sisodia. About 10 to 12 MLAs have now agreed to go to Delhit o be part of the meeting.
Those who are likely to participate in a meeting in Delhi include Sunam MLA Aman Arora, Kotkapura MLA Kultaar Singh, Harpal Singh Cheema, Amarjit Singh from Roopnagar, Rupinder Kaur from Bhathinda Rural, Gurpeet Singh, Sarabjeet Singh Munak from Jagraon, Baljinder Kaur Talwandi Sabo MLA.
HS Phoolka, Kanwar Sandhu, Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Bhagwant Mann are not going to take part in the meeting. Though, Mann has clarified that since it was meeting of the MLAs, he being the MP does not need to be present in the meeting.
Earlier Sandhu had said that he will not attend the Delhi meeting. “We have got a message and call from Delhi education minister Manish Sisodia for a meeting tomorrow in Delhi. We were told that Arvind ji will also be in the meeting.”
Punjab’s AAP MLAs were enraged after Kejriwal wrote an apology to Bikrm Singh Majithia for publically saying that he was involved in drug racket in Punjab.
