The Hush Post: Lalu Prasad Yadav Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief has been admitted to a government-run hospital after he complained of illness. Lalu complained of respiratory problem and chest pain. According to RJD leader Bhola Yadav, Lalu was fine but he suddenly complained of breathlessness and pain in the chest area. He was immediately admitted to the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science.
“Lalu is under observation…” Bhola has said. Notably, Lalu has been suffering from 16 ailments.
The convicted RJD chief was recently granted provisional bail of a month-and-a-half earlier this week after nearly five months at the Birsa Munda Central Jail where he is serving imprisonment since December 23, 2017 after being convicted in fodder scam.
Lalu Prasad was admitted to RIMS in Ranchi on March 17.
He has been convicted in four fodder scam cases since 2013, the latest being the Dumka treasury case in which a special CBI court sentenced him to 14 years in jail.
