The Hush Post: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) not only deals in selling or buying shares but it also provides international-level financial and leadership education through its wholly-owned subsidiary BSE Institute Ltd. Now these financial courses will be soon available in Hoshiarpur too. This was disclosed by Union Minister Vijay Sampla who was on a one-day tour of the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
After spending almost half-a-day at the BSE, Sampla took part in the closing ceremony by ringing the closing bell. Earlier in the day, Sampla held a detailed meeting with BSE MD Ashish Chahuhan. During the meeting Sampla put forth the idea of starting financial education courses in his Lok Sabha constituency, Hoshiarpur, agreeing to which Ashish Chauhan decided to send a team there.
