The Hush Post: As per reports, India has asked authorities in the Chinese held territory of Hong Kong to arrest and deport billionaire diamantaire, Nirav Modi. He is reportedly in Hong Kong. Nirav Modi is wanted in the nearly 11,000 crore rupees PNB fraud scam.
The exact whereabouts of Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi had remained unknown ever since the Criminal Bureau of Investigation (CBI) launched an investigation into the multi billion dollar bank scam case.
The passports of both Modi and Choksi were revoked by authorities in India. Both of them had fled the country before the scam was unearthed.
