With the change of the weather one should go for nothing less than a delicious change in the menu —  and Café Delish, Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana is always welcoming.
The Sunday brunch served from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm is the perfect way to spend the day, and enjoying your favourite food won’t get any better.
Executive Chef Amit Thapliyal along with his culinary team that crafted this menu said, “The great and lavish spread includes a wide variety from Indian to Mexican & Lebanese. Delicacies like Shawarma, Tacos, Live stations, South Indian, etc would be an added attraction to the culinary experience that is integral to Radisson Blue Hotel MBD Ludhiana.”

The starters on the menu are bound to tickle your taste buds with nibbles of lasooni fish tikka, shaheedmurgh tikka, Samandri mahi seek etc. In the main course, it offers dishes like Butter chicken, Sarsoon ka saag make ki roti, Paneer Lababdar, Dhabe di dal, Pind de choley with Kulcha, etc.

General Manager Abhay Kumar said, “Café Delish has always been a haven for vegetarians as the menu has an exhaustive spread in vegetarian starters & main course as well. Indulge your gastric juices with tacos, sushi, Lebanese chaat, etc….Its like summing up all the best cuisines at one place.”

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Vijay Upadhyay said, “Those trying to chase the cold away have the perfect meal for them at Café Delish.

The Burmese Khao Suey is a coconut curry broth with flavours of spring onion, green chilli, lime, fried shallots and fried garlic with noodles. One has the option of having it as vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
The live Arabian café is something that one must definitely try. Try the chicken shwarma, falafel shwarma, hummus, famous with the special arabic bread.
Two special corners, Parminder Da Dhaba and Ajijul Biryani Corner have delicacies that will certainly make you want more. Try the mouth-watering butter chicken, sarson ka saag with makki di roti, paneer ka andar, dhabe di dal, pind de cholle and kucha with the spicy pyaaz and lahsoon ki chutney.
At the Ajijul Biryani Corner, you get sumptuous murgh dum biryani, subs zafrani biryani, mirch ka salan, bhuraani raita and masala laccha pyaz.
Finally, the dessert counter is the grand end to the delicious brunch that will make your Sunday complete.
