Connect Broadband, Punjab’s longest-serving private sector broadband and fixed line
service provider has won the Brand Leadership Award at the Punjab Best Brands Award organized by CMO Asia in Amritsar. The award was given on December 31st ,2019.

The organization was awarded for achieving brand excellence in providing best services in the Telecom services sector. The award was presented by CMOASIA one of the independent leading agencies and received by Operation head Amritsar, on behalf of Connect Broadband.
An independent initiative, the CMO Asia Punjab Best Brands Awards are conferred to give recognition to brands and marketers for excellence achieved in providing best services through innovative marketing practices in Punjab. The awards not only take into consideration the financial valuation, but also the key inputs provided by consumers based on an extensive survey carried out in the run up to the event. The initiative aims to foster marketing awareness in the professional community towards achieving marketing excellence, while educating and spreading the importance of branding.
The awards come as recognition of the various consumer-friendly services provided by the company.
The organization aims to achieve full transparency in its customer billing where customers can view and download all billing through a mobile app. Processes have been implemented to ensure customer complaint resolution within 24 hours.
The average age of a customer on its network is 8 years, showing high satisfaction and retention rate. “We are one of the oldest players in this domain in Punjab. It is owning to our ‘customer first’ policies that we have not only sustained but attained the leadership position over the years in this highly competitive space,” said a company spokesperson.
Connect Broadband is one of the first players to provide connectivity through optical fiber cable in Punjab in 2013. The company presently has over one lakh fifty thousand optical fiber ports across the state. Its high speed data usage has seen a remarkable increase from 20 GB to 150 GB over the years because of high speed being provided on FTTH and best customer policies.
