Acting on the directions of UT Administrator VP Singh Badnore, the Chandigarh Administration is ready to E-auction residential and commercial sites. The exercise which is taking place after 10 years will start on January 9 and end on February 4. The applicants can seek information about the whole process from the helpline desk of the Estate Office.
UT Finance Secretary Ajoy Kumar Sinha has released a letter approving E-auction of 10 residential, 13 commercial and one industrial property in the city. The UT Administration has also prepared a reserve price list of the property.
The reserve price of the cheapest residential site is Rs. 89.26 lakh. Similarly, the reserve price of the costliest residential property is Rs. 7.53 crore.
The reserve price of the cheapest commercial property is Rs 33 lakh. The reserve price of the costliest commercial property is 13.87 crore.
The E-auction will be made public on January 9 at 9 am. The time for depositing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is from 9th to 23rd January. Scrutiny will be held from January 24 to 30. The auction will take place from 9 am on January 31 till 4 pm on February 4.
