The dates for the retest for Eco class XII April 25 , Class X Maths in July (Haryana and Delhi)
The Hush Post: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has said that it will hold the Class 12th Economics paper and the Class 10th Maths paper once again.
This decision has been taken due to the alleged leaks of both the papers. Notably the Maths exam for class 10th took place today.
The dates for the retest have been announced.
EARLIER AFTER PAPER LEAK THIS IS WHAT CBSE SAID:
The CBSE statement reads thus: “The Board has taken cognizance of certain happenings in the conduct of certain examinations as are being reported. With the view to upholding the sanctity of the Board examinations and in the interest of the fairness to the students, the Board has decided to reconduct the examinations in the subjects.”
The Class 12 Economics paper was held on March 26 while the Class 10 Maths paper was held this morning. Students and teachers said on Wednesday the Class 10 mathematics paper was easy and scoring, and that the questions were according to the syllabus.
Despite Whatspp videos, even papers uploaded on You Tube, the CBSE had categorically denied that the Economics paper had leaked before the exam. On Monday, CBSE had stated: “We have checked with all examination centres and the paper was not leaked. The source of the circulation of this information is not known yet.’’
CBSE Class 12 Economics paper had reportedly leaked a day before the exams. Sources say, that a leaked paper out of one set was already doing the rounds among the students in Ludhiana. The paper leaked first in Delhi and soon spread all over the country.

It reached various tuition centres at about 1:00 am, hours before the exam was to commence.
