Crime goes out of hand in Delhi NCR, firing incidents on the rise The Hush Post: Crime in areas around NCR has been unabashedly increasing by leaps and bounds with the police clueless on the spurt in violence. Almost everyday a firing incident by criminals and unknown anti-social elements is reported from Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Sonepat, Karnal and other areas around the national capital.

Road contractor shoots father-son duo in Sonepat

In Sonepat, a retired army man, Narendra, and his son, Vikram, were shot dead by a contractor who builds roads in the Avili village of Sonepat. The fight started over a passage which the retired army personnel had with the contractor. Narendra died on the spot while his son succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. An FIR has been registered against six persons. No arrests have been made so far.

Factory worker stabbed to death in Bahadurgarh

In Bahadurgarh, a factory worker was killed after being assaulted with a knife wheh he was returning home after his night shift. The victim Neeraj had migrated from Uttar Pradesh two months ago to work in a factory in Bahadurgarh. The incident happened in Friends Colony area. The police suspect a man from the same village in UP where Neeraj lived who could be behind the murder.


Youth  struggles for life after daylight firing in Gurugram

Three-bike borne persons fired at one, Om Prakash, in the Hans Enclave area of Gurugram in broad daylight today. The youth was hit by 3 bullets according to eye-witnesses. The victim is being operated upon at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. A few days ago, a couple had been fired upon in Gurugram by a person of the same locality where the couple lived who had fired twice within a gap of a few days. The husband lost his life, the residents had blocked road for many hours rasing slogans against the police, political leaders and the Gurugram administration.


Sex racket busted in Gurgaon mall

Nine persons, six women and three men, were arrested on Monday for allegedly running a sex racket at a mall in Gurgaon, police said. Gurgaon Police PRO, Ravinder Kumar said the police received a tip off that a sex racket was being run in the Omex Mall at Sector 50 under the guise of a spa centre. “A team was made and a decoy customer was sent to Oyster Spa centre. A raid was later conducted and nine persons, including six women, were arrested,” he said.
