After the news of JNU president Aishe Ghosh being beaten up, news of a JNU professor –Head for the Study of Regional Development, Sucharita Sen attacked, has come. She has a severe head injury. The attack took place at about 6:30 pm.
Apart from professor Sen, politician Yogendra Yadav was heckled by the right-wing mob and two journalists were also threatened by the crowd while they were on duty. The Hindu correspondent Siddharth Ravi said that he had to leave the place after he was threatened by masked men who were in support of ABVP, as per his tweet.
Even a team of doctors and nurses were heckled and not allowed to enter JNU campus. They were also attacked.
