The Hush Post: Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and his some of his cabinet members were guests at the Lt Governor’s place, though unwanted. He and his ministerial colleagues slept on sofas the entire night.

Their demand: They wanted to meet the LG of Delhi, raising some demands such as, at-your-door-ration delivery programme, directing IAS officers to end their “strike” and action against officers who have struck work for “four months.”

Apart from Kejriwal, his deputy Manish Sisodia and two other ministers met Lt Governor (LG) Anil Baijal on Monday evening. They are likely to remain at the LG office till morning. Chief Minister, who is a diabetic, had to take insulin during the sit-in and did get homemade food.

“Handed him this letter. LG refuses to take action. LG is under constitutional duty to act. Left wid no option, we have politely told LG that we will not leave till he acts on all points. We hv come out of his chamber n sitting in his waiting room (sic),” he tweeted.
