The Hush Post, New Delhi: The Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan will remain open for the general public till March 6, 2018 (except on March 2, 2018 on account of Holi) between 9.30 am to 4 pm. The Gardens will be closed to public visitors earlier than previously indicated due to preparation for the forthcoming International Solar Alliance Summit to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on March 10-11, 2018.
Entry and exit for the general public will be from Gate number 35 of the President’s Estate, close to where North Avenue meets Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The Mughal Gardens will be open on March 7, 2018 exclusively for special category visitors – farmers, differently abled persons, defence/paramilitary forces and Delhi Police personnel -from 0930 hrs. to 1600 hrs. Entry and exit will also be through Gate number 35.
The Tactile Garden will be open exclusively for visually impaired people on March 7, 2018 from 11 am to 4 pm. Entry and exit will be from Gate Number 12, situated on Church Road (next to the North Avenue).
