On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes veteran Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Lal Krishna Advani on his 91st birthday. He said that his contribution towards India’s development is monumental. The veteran leader is a part of the BJP Margdarshak Mandal. He was born on November 8 in 1927 in Karachi, now Pakistan. Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Rajyavardhan Rathore and other leaders extend wishes. Notably, it was Advani, who helped him retain chief ministership in Gujarat after the Godhra riots, when Vajpayee wanted then CM Modi’s exit as CM.

 The PM tweeted;

Union Minister for Road, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari also wished to the BJP leader. He tweeted:

Warm birthday wishes to veteran @BJP4India leader LK Advani ji. His tireless commitment to the nation has always been a source of inspiration. I wish him good health, long life and happiness,” said Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore.
