Actress Halle Berry has achieved what majority of the men fail to. The Bond bombshell has finally achieved the six-pack abs which she had longed for.
And what, the Hollywood actress has achieved it at the age of 53.
“There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it. One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie Ripped Abs-and today I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable!” she posted on Instagram.

Berry’s personal trainer Mubarak Malik, aka Bar, revealed that is wasn’t easy at all for her to achieve the task.
Malik revealed on Instagram that Halle Berry trains for four hours every day. He said Halle follows a strict keto diet and even ascribes to the latest trend of intermittent fasting.
Bar describes Halle a “top-level” athlete in every sense of the word.
Berry and Bar have shared a video of their workout too. They can be seen doing kettle bell workouts, including kettle bell squat presses, swings and lifts and lunges.
