Jasnoor Kaur, The Hush Post: Dubai-based film producer and businessman Tarnpreet Singh has become the first man to walk on the Red Carpets at Cannes dressed in a Shervani. He is also the second turbaned Sikh at the Cannes Film Festival.
Tarnpreet Singh made his debut at the Red Carpet at Cannes Film Festival. After Satinder Sartaaj, he’s the second turbaned Sikh man to walk the Red Carpet at Cannes.
Tarnpreet represented India by wearing a fashionable and modern Shervani with a diamond brooch at the Red Carpet at Cannes Festival. Although he was born and brought up in Dubai he displayed to the world that he is connected to his Indian roots.
Singh tried something different from the regular black tie look followed by most male celebrities at the Red Carpet at Cannes and his Shervani look was adored by everyone.
Tarnpreet Singh debuted with his sister Japinder Kaur, who is also a film director and producer. The production house Jap films is the brainchild and hobby horse of the brother-sister duo.
He has been seen chilling with Japinder in France.
