The Hush Post: Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma is all set to make a comeback on television by October, as per a DNA report. After his vacation in Greece, where Kapil Sharma had gone with his fiancée Ginni Chatrath, he is again gearing up to enthrall audience on TV. His show, ‘Family Time With Kapil‘ went off in the air in April due to his health problems.
Kapil wants to focus on his health and get back into shape as early as possible. He will soon start training. He will be hiring a personal trainer as well. The comedian also wants to ideate for his new show and is planning to make a comeback to TV in the next two months.”
Kapil made his Bollywood debut as the male lead in the movie “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” a romantic-comedy directed by Abbas Mustan. The movie was released on 25 September 2015.
After the end of Comedy Nights with Kapil, he signed a contract with Sony TV for a new show called The Kapil Sharma Show. Its last episode was telecast on 24 January 2016.
His second movie Firangi was released on 1 December 2017, directed by Rajiv Dhingra.
His latest show was “Family Time With Kapil Sharma” had launched on 25 March 2018.
In March 2017, during their return flight from Melbourne, when Sunil Grover his co-actor, tried to intervene, Sharma had reportedly used some offensive words. When the controversy gathered media attention, he posted on his Facebook page to explain the events and apologised to Grover for his actions on his Twitter handle. Grover, however, took offence and posted a message advising Sharma to handle his fame better and respect his co-actors. Nobody explained what really happened during the flight with overly exaggerated media reports doing rounds. Subsequently, Grover, quit The Kapil Sharma Show.
