More than 100 shanties were gutted in a massive fire which broke out Nathupur area of Gurugram on Thursday morning.
A seven-month-old baby was burnt alive in the deadly fire. Fire incidents in shanties have been on the rise in recent times. According to the reports, at least six fire tenders arrived at the spot immediately after being informed about the incident. More details are awaited.
This is the second tragic incident in Gurugram today. Earlier, an under-construction four-storey building collapsed in Ullawas, Gurugram in the wee hours. According to the latest reports, more than 12 people are feared trapped inside the building. Three NDRF teams and rescue personnel rushed to the site of building collapse in Ullawas, Gurugram and are involved in the rescue operations.
