MORNI MURDER: CHILDREN’S UNCLE JAGDEEP SENT TO 6 DAYS POLICE CUSTODY, FATHER BEING QUESTIONED

Panchkula, The Hush Post: Jagdeep Malik, the man accused in the gruesome murder of three kids, who happened to be his real brother’s children, was sent to six days police custody. The police have seized a laptop, two SIM cards from the house of Jagdeep in Sarsa village in Pehowa. His wife Reena Malik was also detained for questioning by the women police but later she was released.The father of three deceased children, Sonu Malik, is still being questioned by the Haryana police in connection with the murder. Gulab Singh, the maternal uncle of the children said that Jagdeep had tested the country made pistol before emptying it on the children.

The three children had gone missing from Sarsa village in Pehowa on Sunday. They were recovered yesterday from Morni near Panchkula. According to sources in the police department, all three had bullet injuries on their head. The three were identified as 11-year-old Samir, eight-year-old Simran and Samar, aged 4.The complaint regarding their disapppearance was lodged on Sunday night by the father of the children. The motive of the crime has not come to light yet.
