Feeling stressed, the police had decided to take “energy healing” from the self-styled Godwoman
The Hush Post: Taking “energy healing from a self-styled Godwoman proved very costly to a police officer from Delhi as he was shifted after his photo taking such a “healing” session went viral on social media.
In a viral photo a Delhi police officer is seen taking the “blessings” of a self-styled godwoman. As the photo went viral on social media, the police officer Indrapal, who was in charge of a police station in West Delhi’s Janakpuri, has been shifted to an insignificant post, a report said.
In this photo, a police uniform-clad Indrapal is seen with his eyes shut as the self-styled Godwoman Namita Acharya, in a saffron attire, who calls herself a sadhvi, is seen standing behind him in a gesture of blessing. The picture seems to have been taken in the office of the police officer, the report said.
It was reported that the cop felt “stressed” and therefore decided to give “energy healing” a shot.
In a similar incident, a group of policemen in a different part of Delhi had courted controversy after another self-declared “godwoman” Radhe Maa was seen sitting in the chair of an officer in a photo that had gone viral. The cops were also seen singing and dancing with Radhey Maa in a video. After the matter was highlighted, the cops were suspended and transferred, the report said.
Radhe Maa was going to a Ram Lila event when she stopped at a police station to use the washroom. A widely-shared video showed a group of cops grooving with Radhe Maa to patriotic songs, the report said.
