Glasses and Sunglasses
Wear your glasses and your sunglasses while stepping outside. They protect your eyes from harmful elements such as dust, high UV Rays, and pollution.
Use good quality make up
There is no doubt that girls love make-up before heading out but using excess of it might lead to irritation in eyes. Using an eyeliner or mascara of low quality might lead to severe eye irritation. So for the same, one needs to get good quality makeup and use less amount of it.
This century is the digital age and we definitely can’t help our habit of continuously digging our eyes into laptops and mobile phones. It is very vital to have enough sleep and give adequate amount of rest to our eyes.
Keep your eye kits germ-free
Whatever one uses, for instance, tissues and towels for cleaning eyes, they should be clean. Also, one should keep hands clean because germs and bacteria entering our eyes would lead to irritation.
Avoid rubbing your eyes
Consistent rubbing of eyes might feel good, but it should be avoided as germs in our hands might enter the eyes.
