Hair fall in young men, take these necessary steps or it might be too late

The biggest nightmare in a man’s life is going bald. Hair play a great role in accentuating a man’s look. Healthy hair are an asset but when it comes to taking care of it, they often ignore them. Youngsters often face baldness these days which could be a put-off. If they concentrate a little more on their diet and stay away from processed foods, it could help them tremendously in restricting or keeping baldness away.
Loss of hair is a bigger concern for men than women. There could be genetic or medical reasons for hair fall but it could be due to

  • lack of proper diet
  • Pollution
  • Stress
  • Wearing caps and helmet

Now let us find ways of preventing hair fall:

Vitamins
Improve your diet. There are certain vitamins which are very healthy for our hair such as
Vitamin A – encourages sebum in scalp; Carrots are a good source of Vitamin A.
Vitamin B – improves the colour of hair; can take Vitamin B capsule

Vitamin E – Improves blood circulation; Fish are a good source or one can take Vitamin E capsules but under medical supervision

Vegetable juices
Apply juice of garlic, onion or ginger on the scalp.Squeeze the juice in a spoon and apply with a cotton ball

Essential Oils
There are certain oils which do wonders like lavender oil, almond oil, and sesame oil. One can massage scalp with any of these oils twice a week and there will be a noticeable difference.

Green tea
Green tea not only works wonder for fat loss but rubbing water of green tea in your scalp is very good for preventing hair loss. 
Protein intake
Increase proteins in your diet like pulses, non-veg, palak,eggs, shakkar, gur, groundnut, bhuna channa, etc

Adequate hydration
Our body is made up of 70% water so to keep our body healthy it’s very important to keep it hydrated.

Avoid brushing wet hair
One of the most common mistakes people make is combing wet hair. One should wait for the hair to get dry and then comb them.
