Ex-CM of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh has been diagnosed with Swine flu. His reports turned out to be positive. He had cough and respiratory problems after which he was hospitalized in IGMC yesterday. His treatment is going on.
So far, nine people have died of swine flu and in all 44 have been diagnosed with it. Most of the deaths due to swine flu happened between January 24 and 27. These patients are from Kanvgra, Hamirpur, Una, Bilaspur, Shimla, Solan, Mandi and Chamba.
The octogenarian ex-CM has been a six-time chief minister. Of late, the Congress has been heavily divided into two camps.
