The promotions for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections are on hype. But something very embarrassing happened on Thursday, May 02, at Rahul Gandhi’s rally in Simdega district of Jharkhand. It was quite awkward moment during the rally when local women started chanting ‘Modi Zindabaad’ in Congress rally addressed by Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi was there to support Congress candidate Kalicharan Munda who is contesting the elections from Khunti constituency of Jharkhand. Soon after Rahul Gandhi’s speech ended, the Congress supporters started chanting “Chowkidar Chor Hai” mocking the PM Narendra Modi. After that, a group of local women sitting at the front seats started chanting “Modi Zindabad.”

When asked about their trust on BJP, the ladies said that Modi provided us LPG connections, toilets, houses and electricity.

This is not the first time that such incident happened in Rahul Gandhi’s rally. Earlier this year in March, a similar incident happened in Bengaluru where some people outside the rally were chanting “Modi Modi”. However, they were taken away forcibly from the rally.

Also, on February 28, a lawsuit was filed against two in Belagavi district of Karnataka as they were supporting Narendra Modi in Rahul Gandhi’s rally.
