Bollywood star Hooda personally joins the relief work by a Sikh NGO Khalsa Aid
The Hush Post: Joining the list of celebrities who have chipped in to help the Kerala flood victims, Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has gone a step ahead. Hooda has personally gone to the flood-affected areas and to personally distribute the relief to the flood victims.
Earlier, a number of celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Shah Rukh Khan, and several others, have contributed liberally for the Kerala flood victims. But, Hooda has gone a step further by joining the relief work, being done by a group called Khalsa Aid, a report said.
The NGO has posted a picture of Randeep Hooda, serving food to the flood victims on its Instagram handle with a caption: “Bollywood actor @randeephooda joins the Khalsa Aid team in # Kerala! It’s great to see celebrities on the ground and not just simply commenting on social media.”
The actor is supporting a Sikh look in a black T-shirt, with the logo of the Khalsa Aid NGO printed on it, a flowing beard and a black patka. Hooda is almost unrecognisable in this photo, it was reported.
Hooda has been sporting the Sikh look for a while now, as he is shooting of his upcoming film based on the battle of Saragarhi, being directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the report said.
