A photograph of a mother and daughter pilot duo sitting in the cockpit of an airplane has gone viral on the social media. The picture was clicked by a passenger who posted in on his Twitter account.
Captain Wendy Rexon and First Officer Kelly Rexon piloted a recent Delta flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta, much to the delight of passengers.
Dr. John R. Watret was the passenger who uploaded the picture on Twitter. Watret is the chancellor of the world-renowned aeronautical university, Embry-Riddle Worldwide. He has personally asked the women pilots if he could take a photo.
“Just flew from LAX to ATL on Delta piloted by this mother daughter flight crew. Great flight. Inspiring for you women,” he tweeted.

The photo of the mother-daughter duo has had 17,000 retweets and 45,000 likes since the upload.
Some comments say the image is “inspiring” and “amazing”.
Delta also tweeted its approval: “Family flight crew goals!”

Incredibly there is another female pilot in the family – Kelly’s sister also flies.
