Two Sikh youths killed in US car crash, one survives

Two young Sikh brothers were killed in Indiana state of US in a car crash on Wednesday, May 15. According to reports, the two have been identified as Davneet S Chahal, 22, and Varundeep S Bring, 19. Both of them were from Fishers City.

The police reported that the crash took place around 2:30 am on Wednesday and the car hit the tree as a result of which, one passenger was thrown out of the car.

However, a third passenger, who has been identified as Gurjot Singh Sandhu, survived the crash. The Indiana Sikh community has shown solidarity with the families of victims.

“The entire city is in shock by the incident,” said Gurinder Singh, founder of SikhsPAC.
