UK’s sex toy making company offers staff leave to use them for pleasure

The company believes that this will improve employee happiness, reduce stress and boost productivity

The Hush Post: A company in the UK has decided to give its employees some extra love. LELO UK, a British firm, is encouraging its employees to take time off – to masturbate. The firm unsurprisingly is a sex toy manufacturing company. It has become the first company to allow its employees to take ‘self-love days’. The workers are provided four days annual leave where they will literally spend their free time masturbating.

LELO expects its employees to ‘fulfil’ themselves sexually and have plenty of orgasms during these days off. The company believes that this will improve employee happiness, reduce stress and boost productivity.

The bosses reckon this will make staff happier while reducing stress and boosting production

LELO UK spokesperson Rachael Nsofor said, “Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free!”

Earlier, LELO carried out a survey of over 2,000 Brits in which 78% of Britons said orgasms make them happier, whether alone or with a partner. 66 per cent who took part in the survey said they felt more productive after having an orgasm.

“We hope our UK staff use them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick with the hope that they’ll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible,” added Nsofor.
