Grammar teacher points out English errors in President Trump’s letter, says,”Are deliberately committed errors”

Someone at the White house writes slightly incorrect English which is basically incorrect but the writer is clever enough to be correct so as not to embarrassment White House much and let the world know that the stuff has been written by the President

The Hush Post: It’s not just an embarrassment for Donald Trump but his team as well. A letter is doing the rounds emerging from White House, more particularly, from Donald Trump’s office. And when it reached grammar teacher Yvonne Mason, she sqeeuzed all the purple ink into that letter.

Somewhere around the third read, something began to irk this English grammar perfectionist, who had spent close to two decades refining the English skills of middle and high school students. Here go the mistakes:

“Federal” and “Nation” and “State” and “States” – common nouns capitalised as if they were proper nouns. And too many of the sentences began with the alphabet I: “I signed into law” and “I also directed.”

But before these mistakes, it began with those capital letterings. And by the end, she had scrawled several notes, crossed out a few punctuation marks, and asked whoever wrote the letter a question that may or may not have been rhetorical: “Have y’all tried grammar and style check?”

A scrawl at the end of the paper was aimed at one sentence but seemed to sum up Mason’s opinion of the whole thing: “OMG this is WRONG!”

“If I had received this from one of my students,” she told The Washington Post, “I would have handed it back without a grade on it and said, ‘I hope you left the real one at home.’ ”

Yvonne Mason mailed the letter bleeding with purple ink, back to the White House. Before that, she took out a photo and posted it on her Facebook page. And soon it went viral as did the embarrassment to White House.

Mason also thinks that someone at the White house deliberately writes slightly incorrect English which is basically incorrect but the writer is clever enough to be correct so as not to embarrassment White House much and let the world know that the stuff has been written by the President himself. However, at the same time ensuring no mistake is made like the one in the past where Trump spelt the word President, which is his official designation as ‘Precedent.’
