The summer heat is taking its toll on our skin, our face, our hair. Already much has been told about taking care of the skin related problems.
Here we’ll talk about taking good care of our hair. Hair is a very important part of our overall personality. So, it is very important to give it the requisite attention. Follow these simple tips, and simply be gorgeous and sorted out for your clean summer look.
Trim your hair regularly
Our hair tend to develop split ends and dead ends after a point of time which affects the health of our hair. So it is very important to get a regular trim. A regular trim would reduce roughness and make your hair healthier.
Skip hot tools
No doubt we need to style our hair when we go out but in summers one should avoid heat as much as possible. Using heated products for hair styling damages hair and make them even more weak.
Use shampoo and Conditioner
Time to time washing of hair is also one of the important elements. Especially in summers we need to wash our hair at least twice or thrice a week. But remember everyday washing weakens your hair resulting in more hair fall.
Like our face, our hair also need protein and it is important to give necessary nutrients to our hair once a while. We can mix aloe vera and coconut oil with water and apply on our hair as a mask.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is very good for the hair treatment. It keeps our hair shinny and super silky. After washing our hair, one can apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for extra shine.
Hot oil Massage
If you are just done after a long tiring day at work then just give hot oil massage to your scalp. One can use any type of oil such as olive oil, almond oil and coconut oil for this purpose.
Wide head brush
We should use a wide hair brush for our hair other than the narrow one as it tends to increase breakage and frizziness.
Here we are talking about summers but even in winters one should try to wash hair with cold or lukewarm water to keep hair healthy and reduce hair fall.
Avoid tight binding
We should not tie our hair very tight. It increases breakage and weakens our hair.
Nothing is going to help externally, until we are providing our hair with internal protein. Add avocado, green vegetables into your diet to provide your hair with the necessary protein.
