Jawa auctions 13 ‘Jawa Signature Edition’ motorcycles, collects Rs 1.43 cr for Indian armed forces

Jawa Motorcycles organised a fund raising event to honor the Indian Armed Forces. Jawa auctioned 13 special edition motorcycles which they called the `Jawa Signature Edition’ with special chassis numbers.

The event was a success and the company collected Rs 1.43 crore for the 13 special edition motorcycles. The auction was organised both online and offline. The bidders had to bid for 13 motorcycles and the funds collected will be donated to Armed Forces Flag Day foundation. Chassis No 1 was sold for a whooping Rs 45 lakh.

The proud owners of these exclusive machines have to deposit the money within 7 days of winning the bid. They get to choose any color option from Jawa and Jawa Forty Two, price includes the registration charges. The motorcycle will be delivered by the dealer in any city of their choice in the country. All the `Jawa Signature Edition’ motorcycles will sport a custom design monogram on the fuel tank cap which will display the name of the owner and Indian tricolor on its fuel tank.

The owners will be presented a 285 page commemorative copy of The Forever Bike, a book that tells about the legacy and heritage of Jawa Bikes across the world. The owners will be offered a special 42 month-service package and get access to the World of Jawa and will be invited to all Jawa events.
