A former RSS activist Sambhaji Bhide reportedly made a very weird statement. Bhide made a bizarre claim while addressing a gathering at an event that “Mangoes are powerful and nutritious. Some women who ate mangoes in my garden have given birth to sons,” a report said.

Recently, several Indian politicians were in news for their weird and senseless statements instead of their work. Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb had made repeated weird statements like the Internet was there in India during the Mahabharata era.

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma had recently said that Sita was a test-tube baby, and more recently Congress President Rahul Gandhi had joined the league with his statement that “Coca-Cola was started by a person who sold shikanji”.

Now, a former activist of the RSS Sambhaji Bhide has made a very controversial statement. He made a strange claim at an event that: “Mangoes are powerful and nutritious. Some women who ate mangoes in my garden have given birth to sons.”

He added many people have redeemed the benefit till now.

Not only this, Bhide, who is the head of Shiv Pratishthan Hindustan once gave various references from the Ramayana and Mahabharata and condemned the current political and social system. Twitter users surprised by the statement took to social media to troll the politician. Some harshly criticised the leader for its senseless statements and another used sarcasm to make jokes on Bhide, the report said.

Following are some tweets:

“Haapus for a good boy. Lagda for a birth defect child. Alphonso for Christian child. Kesar for a girl child. Totapuri for a parrot instead of a child.”
