Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani’s new home Gulita is ready. With marriage slated for Dec 12, a pooja would be performed at the new home on Dec 1. The big house is a gift from Ajay and Swati Piramal to their son Anand and Isha.
Isha’s sprawling marital home at Worli Sea Face is no less opulent in comparison to her parents, Antilia. The 27-storeyed house, Antilia, is the second most expensive residential property after Buckingham Palace.
Five-storey bungalow at Worli Sea Face
The couple will move into the five-storey bungalow at Worli Sea Face after marriage.The ground floor houses the entrance lobby, and the upper storeys have floor plates ranging between 8,700 sq ft and 12,300 sq ft. The floors comprise of living and dining halls, triple-height multi-purpose rooms, bedrooms and circular studies. The house has vast lounge areas, dressing rooms and servants’ quarters at different levels.
Bungalow has three basements
The level 1 basement has a lawn, an open-air water body, and a doubleheight multi-purpose room. The second and third are for services and parking.
The bungalow received an all-clear certificate and permissions to occupy from the BMC on September 19.
The groom’s father Ajay Piramal had purchased this property for Rs 452.5 crore in 2012 from Hindustan Lever Ltd. He heads a $10 billion global conglomerate that deals in pharmaceuticals, real estate, glass packaging, information and financial services.
