Kangana Ranaut’s career in Bollywood has been full of controversies. The actress revealed her experience from her initial days of her career on the chat show, “Sit With Hitlist”. During the interview, Kangana revealed that former CBFC chairman Pahlaj Nihalani had offered her a movie titled “I Love You Boss”. As a part of the movie, she was asked to wear a robe without undergarments.
The 32-year actress said on the talk show, “The fact that people met and promised to guide and help me, but then I was put under house-arrest. And then Pahlaj Nihalani had offered me a film called “I Love You Boss”. They had a photo shoot where they gave me a robe to wear, and no undergarments. So, I just had a satin robe for a show girl pose, from which I had to stick my leg out, coming out of darkness.”
Further Kangana described her role in the movie as “a young girl lusting after her middle aged boss”. The “Queen” actress decided to go with the interview. However, she quit mid-way and after that she changed her phone number.
“They should have at least given some tapes. I was supposed to play a young girl lusting after her middle-aged boss. So, it was a soft porn sort of character. Also, I was doubtful about myself and I was thinking that I can’t do this. I felt like this is exactly what my parents were talking about. But I actually went through the photo shoot, then I disappeared. I changed my phone number”, Kangana revealed on the show.

After that Kangana got selected for the movie “Gangster” in the year 2006 and Telugu film “Pokiri” alongside Mahesh Babu. But she selected “Gangster” as her debut project.
She is credited with starting the debate with on nepotism in Bollywood as she labelled Karan Johar “the flag bearer of nepotism” on his talk show “Koffee With Karan 5”.
Recently, Kangana was seen in Rani Lakshmi Bai’s biopic “Manikarnika: The queen of Jhansi”. Her upcoming movies are “Mental Hai Kya?”, “Panga” and Jayalalita’s biopic.
