Rolls Royce’s first-ever SUV- Cullinan: Know its proud Indian owners

Billionaire industrialist Mukesh Ambani was the first Indian to own Rolls Royce’s first SUV- the Rolls Royce Cullinan. The super-luxurious car is priced at Rs 6.95 crore, ex-showroom for the base variant. This is the first-ever SUV from the British car manufacturer that comes with some futuristic features.

Besides, Mukesh Ambani, actor Ajay Devgan and T-Series mogul Bhushan Kumar are among the proud owners of the Rolls Royce Cullinan.

The car has a 6.8-litre V12 petrol engine force-fed by twin-turbochargers. The Cullinan produces 560 Bhp of power and has a peak torque of 850 Nm. It can go from 0-100 kmph in under five seconds, and has a regulated top speed of 249 kmph.

Rolls Royce Cullinan has 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel steering system. To aid off-roading, the car has a futuristic 360-degree camera system that allows a bird’s eye angle view to the driver. Cullinan even has an off-roading button that can change it to that mode.

The car gets its name from the Cullinan diamond which is at 3100 carats, the largest diamond ever found.
