After Greater Noida, building collapse in Pune, 8 rescued, one child feared trapped

The Hush Post:  After Greater Noida building collapse incident, another incident has taken place, this time in Pune. However, fortunately, eight persons have been rescued on Saturday from under the debris of a two-storey building which collapsed in Mundhwa area of Pune, Maharashtra.

The rescue operation is still underway. Though, there are reports that a child is trapped in the rubble. The incident was reported from near Keshavnagar around 12.30 pm.

The injured have been rushed to the hospital. As per the reports, the building was 30 years old and it was issued a notice by the Municipal Corporation.

Earlier reports suggested that five people were injured and two others were suspected to be trapped.

A couple of days agotwo high-rise buildings had collapsed in Greater Noida West. At least 12 families were trapped under the rubble. As many as nine people had died in that building collapse.
