Pune man injures friend who said no to have sex with him

The Hush Post: In a shocking incident a man from Pune assaulted and injured his friend who said no to have sex with him. On the complaint of the injured man, the police have arrested the accused.

The incident occurred on Monday night where a 40-year-old man from Kalewadi near Pune attacked his 29-year-old friend who had said no to have sex with the former. In this attack, the 29-year-old man got injured as he sustained injuries on one of his hands, The Times of India reported on Thursday.

The accused has been arrested by the Hinjewadi Police who had registered an FIR against the 40-year-old man on Tuesday. The accused hails from Kalewadi locality. The accused has been booked for voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons. The incident occurred along the Katraj-Dehu Road bypass, the report said. The accused has not been arrested and is still at large. The police are searching for him.

The police have booked the suspect, who is absconding, under section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) of the Indian Penal Code.

The police said the suspect and the complainant had got befriended after meeting in a gym a few months back. “The duo was also in sexual relationship with each other,” a police officer was quoted as saying.

The cop said after the suspect’s marriage, the complainant had stopped any physical relationship with him. “On Monday night, the duo had gone for a stroll. When they reached the service road around 10 pm, the suspect started pursuing the complainant to have sex with him,” the cop reportedly said.

The police reportedly said that the complainant turned down his move saying that they should not indulge in sexual relationship as he (the accused) was married now. “The man became furious and assaulted the complainant with a sharp weapon. We have launched a manhunt for him,” the police officer was quoted as saying.
