A 25-year-old man in Pune died after he suffered a brain stroke while playing PUBG.Officials say that the victim possibly got over-excited while playing the online game.
The victim, Harshal Meamane, sufferd intracerebral hemorrhage while playing PUBG on Thursday. Relatives rushed him to a hospital where he was undergoing treatment. Meamane died on Saturday. Harshal Memane was a a resident of Shindewadi in Pimpri Chinchwad in Pune.
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a life-threatening type of stroke caused by bleeding within the brain tissue.
“It seems the stroke occurred because the victim was over-excited while playing online game PUBG. The post mortem report has stated intracerebral bleeding with brain tissue necrosis as the cause of death,” News 18 quoted an official as saying.
Last year, a class XII boy in Nemuch MP died after suffering a cardiac arrest while playing PUBG.
