FIRE IN LUDHIANA CLOTH FACTORY, FOUR JUMP TO SAVE LIVES

The Hush Post: A fire broke out in a cloth factory near Kakowal in Ludhiana probably as a result of short circuit. The blaze started from the corner of the factory and soon engulfed the structure. Four people were injured when they had no escape route and in order to flea jumped from the second floor for their life.

Two of the four injured have been identified as Shiva and Rajesh. The fire started at 1 pm in the afternoon when the workers were having lunch. Out of the 20 people inside the premises, 16 were able to safely exit the building while the four of them had to jump. As a result of this fire, the two adjacent buildings, which are houses also developed cracks. The owners of these two houses are Roop Lal Sharma and Durgesh Chaudhary. The owner of the factory Bipin Jain could not be contacted. The factory manufactures night suits of ladies and other garments by the name of Melanie.
