NEET result for admission to MBBS, BDS courses declared; Kota boy Nalin Khandelwal topper

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released NEET result 2019 on Wednesday for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges.
Kota boy Nalin Khandelwal has scored the highest marks. Talking to mediapersons, Nalin, who scored 99.99 percentile with 701 marks, said his regular revisions of what was taught at coaching institutes helped him clinch the highest score.
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 result is available on NTA’s official website ntaneet.nic.in. NTA NEET 2019 result is also be available on mcc.nic.in.
Prior to releasing the result, NTA uploaded the NEET 2019 Answer key for students to compare their score.
All the candidates qualifying NEET (UG) – 2019 would be eligible for All India Quota and other quotas under state governments/institutes.
Madhuri Reddy from Telangana scored the highest among female candidates—with 695 marks, she got an All India Rank of 7.
Delhi’s Bhavik Bansal and Akshat Kaushik from Uttar Pradesh secured the second and the third positions respectively.
As many as 14,10,755 candidates had appeared for the exam out of which 7,97,042 qualified the test.
The NTA conducted the NEET throughout the country on May 5 and May 20.
The Medical Council of India and the Dental Council of India come under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
