Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa quits from all positions in SAD (B)


The Hush Post: The SAD(B) leader Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa has quit All Party Posts Of SAD.

Dhindsa is a senior Akali leader and Secretary General of  Akali Dal. He is also the Rajya Sabha member. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa resigned from all the party positions today.

He has also resigned from the core committee of the SAD citing the health and personal reasons. He has sent his resignation to party president Sukhbir Singh Badal. Dhindsa is 82 years old. He represented Sangrur constituency of Punjab.

He was a sports minister and also chemicals and fertilisers minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government between 200 and 2004.
