Elvis Presley owned 1976 Harley-Davidson FLH 1200 Electra Glide was auctioned by GWS Auctions fetched USD$ 800,000 to become the third most expensive motorcycle in the world. Though it was expected that the motorcycle will fetch around US$ 2 million but it fell short of its expected price with big margin.
The motorcycle was customized by Elvis and stayed with Elvis for 3 months. He sold it to a Harley Davidson dealership before he died. Changing hands a few times the motorcycle clocked just 126 miles only. The motorcycle remained in the name of Elvis and stayed on display for more than 30 years at Pioneer Auto Museum in Murdo, South Dakota.
