Congress has announced the names of the following candidates for the by-elections to the Punjab Legislative Assembly. The names are Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal from Phagwara constituency which is a reserved one. From Mukerian, Indu Bala would be the Congress candidate. From Dakha, Sandeep Singh Sandhu’s name has been finalised while from Jalalabad, Ravinder Aula with fight the polls.
