The Hush Post: It was long-time-overdue-hug kind of moment. When actress-wife Anushka Sharma met her cricketer-husband Virat Kohli in South Africa after the New Wanderers T20 match and seemingly after a long time, she grabbed him with a tight hug, imitating a mural in the background. Virat tweeted: “My one and only.” The picture, meanwhile, has more than 7.4 likes.
Virat has on a number of occasions credited his star-wife Anushka for a lot of his recent success and the stability in his life. The series against South Africa was a first after his marriage in December and he has been in top form and has already accumulated more than 870 in the series against SA. He scored 35th century in the sixth and last ODI against the Proteas. If Virat scores another 130 runs he will become the second batsman after Vivian Richards to score 1,000 runs against a team in just one series. Vivian Richards scored 1,045 runs in 1976 against England. And Virat seems all set given his recent form.
